Encrypted in transit or on the provider’s disk does not mean the provider cannot read it. The question is who holds the key.
Backup and sharing
A data room shared with a client is not a personal vault. Access rights can be revoked, but someone has to do it.
SecuFocus did not measure speed or restore. Upload a test file, delete it, restore it, and only then the originals.
